Sultry Sportwear

It’s a dream come true! As a mommy-on-the-move and lady of the day and night running my crazy-busy PR firm and soaring social media business (I own with media guru THE Jon Leiberman) – I am always, always looking to maintain a comfy-chic motif! And finally, FINALLY… this is the year I can drape myself in – well, sweats – and still look put together.

In your current mood, dressing up sweatpants is more than okay. It’s a great look that’s comfortable, warm, and great fun…check out the smiles when you show up dressed down for the day! Sweat pant chic is really a thing! I’m seeing it everywhere and if you dress it up with heels, a sophisticated clutch rock a great do and glam makeup – you’ll look runway-ready.

Go for broke in these hip, magenta sweatpants. Bliss Break is the name of the game. Just add your best sky-high stilettos like these and you’ve got a look that everyone will be attempting to copy. And don’t forget the bright print shirt to add to the fun.

Still concerned about how to wear your sweats to work? Elevate them with classics such as combining slim grey tapered sweatpants, a simple black or white shirt, a denim jacket and classic black pumps. Can’t beat it for a chance to exude high style making the comfy loungewear into an interesting new way to face the day.

Next, take on this trend: Try picking luxe fabrics for your usual sweats. Go ahead and wear a suit to work today! A sweat suit, that is! Headed to a meeting? Just grab some matching blazer and ankle-banded sweatpants, add the requisite plain back tee shirt underneath to highlight your outfit and take work to a higher level!

As always, the celebs are all over this look! Gwen Stefani’s take on an emerald green tracksuit from Adidas accessorized with cute leopard heels and lots and lots of gold bangles –amazing!

Jessica Simpson has the right idea too – matching her baby blues with a coordinating jogging suit and stilettos. And Selena Gomez has this style thing wrapped up in her eye catching cozy red Vetements slouchy separates with tapered bottoms and a boxy cropped top. Strappy naked stilettos certainly complete!

Sweats aren’t just for working out or your early morning walk anymore. Advance to the next level with an uber-casual look that only improves with time. And don’t forget to let me know how the look is working for you!
